The RAUM FÜR ZWECKFREIHEIT (SPACE FOR ‘PURPOSELESSNESS’ – in the sense of ‘free research’) provides exactly the same in a backyard house at Adalbertstrasse 71 in the centre of Berlin. A space for developing, realizing and presenting purposeless projects and works of art, based on the idea to work independently and not for commercial profit.
