Platform Artists Group Inc. was established in 1990 as a not-for-profit public art organisation dedicated to delivering a program of contemporary art in Melbourne’s CBD. The original Platform site was located at the former Spencer Street Station (now Southern Cross Station) with an additional exhibiting site added at Campbell Arcade, Flinders Street Station in 1994.
Moving on from the Campbell Arcade site in 2015, Platform now programs the billboard on the exterior of the Hero Building, 118 Russell Street, Melbourne.
