Harcourt House Arts Centre was founded in 1987 on the belief that the visuals the visual arts are a vital component of society. Harcourt House Artist Run Centre is operated by Where Edmonton Community Artists Network (W.E.C.A.N.) Society, a not-for-profit, charitable organization dedicated to the best in Canadian and international contemporary visual arts, architecture and design.
