The Circuit art center is an artistic institution created and managed by artists via the association of the same name. The Center d’Art and the association were founded in 1998 by former students of Ecal with the ambition to develop, in close relation with the Lausanne context, an experimental tool for artists and curators from all backgrounds and of all ages.
