Born in 2010 to a design by Lorenza Boisi and Andrea Ruschetti, currently directors of the space, it takes the form of development and continuation of the MARS (Milan Artist Run Space), Milanese space since 2008 operates in a non-profit perspective, open to a confrontation on diverse and heterogeneous as possible with the public and the territory.
CARS is a residence for artists specifically aimed at Italian artists from 25 years of age with proven practical study.
CARS proposes to offer for a limited period to the summer months, to a varying number of artists or groups of artists up to three members, the possibility to live and work at the residence spaces in collaboration with the excellent products of the business area of the territory Cusiano (machining wood, steel, plastics, stone, ceramics).
