Aims to promote cultural exchange and involvment at both individual and communal level, fundamental to the development of the country and encourage creative solutions adapted to the individual and community problems in order to enhance local skills and competences.

Equatorial island, in the Gulf of Guinea; it is the second smallest country in Africa, the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe, two volcanic islands straddling the Equator. Off conventional tourism routes, it is one of the last undiscovered places.
