It was founded in 1997 as a non-profit organization registered in the public interest. The purpose of “Art Today” is to present alternative and experimental forms in the art; to work on their research and documentation; to create a pool of information presenting contemporary authors; to prepare periodic and unique publications about art; To create a multimedia laboratory and residential program; to carry out educational programs for young people; organize seminars, discussions, workshops; to promote activities among a wide audience, priority among students and young people.
